Processing Times

Orders are typically produced and prepared for dispatch within 5–10 business days. Production times may vary during busy periods, but we'll keep you informed of any significant delays.

Delivery

We currently deliver throughout Johannesburg, South Africa.

Delivery times are generally 1–3 business days once your order has been dispatched.

Installation

Professional artwork installation is available within Johannesburg. If you've selected this service, we'll contact you to arrange a convenient installation date and time.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and selected services.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@olivepanda.co.za, including photographs of the damage and your order number. We'll work quickly to resolve the issue.
