Refund policy

At olivepanda, we want you to love your artwork. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the artwork must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging.

If your artwork arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@olivepanda.co.za with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund where appropriate.

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
